Your Heating & Cooling

I lost my aunt and uncle the past six weeks and am wondering how much family I will have left when I go back to the States for Christmas in six more months. I know they all won’t be around forever but I also know that I need to live my own life and do what I know I should be doing with it. I just want to do something that I have a passion for and try to make the world a better place in the process. I work selling cooling and boilers for the new contractor in my neighborhood and spend the rest of my time writing music to motivate people to live life and be blissful. I think making fun music for the world to hear is a great way to make the world a better place, what do you think? I like working with the other HVAC workers each morning and sharing things that are happening in my life and listening to theirs while we sell radiant boilers and smart temperature controls. I work there part time and entirely have a lot of fun each morning as we do our thing for the business. I am a heating specialist and I work a lot on electric boilers and electric heat pumps. I like my work and I also like my play, which is playing tunes around the neighborhood and in other nearby cities. We have a gig for a local supplier next week and it should be fun singing in their nice new temperature controlled office for all of the HVAC reps.

I wish I could just open my brain and insert the Spanish language in it and be done with this language.

I’ve been living overseas for about seven years now and still don’t understand the locals when they speak quickly to me.

They don’t enunciate well either and it makes it entirely tough to know what the heck they are saying to me. I will keep listening to podcasts online and trying to talk to the locals each morning and maybe in one more year I will master this darn language once and for all. I work for this HVAC supplier and have a lot of heating and cooling shoppers come in asking questions and I can’t answer most of them because I am so lost when they speak. I assume if I work at it though for one more year I will finally have a great grasp of Spanish, however the local supplier owners also speak Catalan, which is way different from Spanish, but my HVAC tech neighbor said he would help me learn it once I get a grip on the Spanish language. I know it just takes patience and discipline, two things which are in short supply in my world. The HEPA filter sales lady helps me with Spanish when we are toiling at the HVAC supplier but I need to push myself to learn more of it on my own too. I assume I am on the right path though because five years ago I could barely speak a word of the language and now I can speak quite a bit.

I’ve learned some things about myself after being on my own for the past year and a half.

I’ve learned that I have some fears that keep me from getting close to others and maybe that is why I keep losing my lovers.

I have for sure learned more about my downsides and what I need to work on after being on my own. I’ve learned that meditation is necessary for an impatient person like me and that it would help me in my next relationship, if there is another one. At 56 years old though, and toiling the HVAC supplier on my own each week, I don’t meet so many girls like I did when I was young in the clubs. At 25 years old you assume there will be an endless line of girls waiting for you, but that line shrinks more and more each year as you get older. So now, with the advice of my heating tech buddy, I am learning to be a kinder and more patient HVAC tech at work and also at home. I still have a lot to learn but hopefully one morning some woman will walk into my life and put up with all of my shortcomings. Maybe she will walk in the HVAC supplier one morning looking for a heat pump or something, or maybe she will never walk in and I will be alone the rest of my life. I know time will tell, but I am trying to be a gentler and kinder person in the meantime. I wish you all the fortune in the world.

Wow my company looks like it is entirely starting to take off after its stock hit an all time low about a month and a half ago, and I almost sold all of my shares when it looked like it was a sinking ship, but now all signs are pointing towards a bull run for the next year and I am going to keep holding from now on. I have most of my money sitting in that supplier and I am hoping that the CEO can steer the ship in the right direction and get me back to even again. Cooling down from the alltime high to a low of just under 15 cents, it looked like the local supplier was going to go under, then but just like that the price started to climb again and the supplier looks poised to be making money soon, but my local contractor neighbor and I are both in this thing 100% and we will either be set for life or will be doing ductwork cleaning the rest of our lives for the HVAC business. I assume if we just have patience and can weather the storm for two years we both will have it entirely good. I can buy a geothermal heat pump then and have a nice efficient heating system in my flat again, something which my HVAC expert neighbor wants to do also. I just need to sit on my shares like a hen on an egg and let it do its thing, anyway, this week is going to be a morning of temperature control and writing for me.

I suppose I will tell my yoga student that my associate and I can start tomorrow with our biweekly classes because I need a day of nothingness.

I did a lot this weekend between beach ball as well as music as well as just needed a little bit of downtime. My friend and I didn’t actually record any new music tracks last Wednesday when my associate and I played for two hours, but my associate and I did make some new sounds as well as come up with some new rhythms. But my associate and I normally come up with some new music that my associate and I can upload online, so I was a bit disappointed that my associate and I didn’t get any new ones. I am just trying to get a large chunk of my workday out of the way before I head out as well as go into the frigid sea

I am trying some frigid pain relieving gel on my throat because it has been kind of sore on the outside from too much singing. I hope that a few random nights off from singing as well as this frigid gel get my throat back to normal again soon. Okay, I just put a bunch of frigid gel on my shoulders, knees, as well as lower back too to try as well as stop the pain. Heck, I just really need to just soak in a bathtub of the stuff as well as cool down my whole body as it seems like everything is in pain this day. Cooling down last evening with a swim in the sea after playing, like the other heating as well as air conditioning techs did, would have been a good idea because it would have helped a lot with the pain. But it started to rain last evening and then I took cover under a large cypress tree instead of going into the frigid sea. So now, cooling down the joints with the frigid gel will be my task for the day, along with cleaning my HEPA filter at some point. My throat is a bit hoarse today as well as it was without singing at all last evening.

I need to rest my larynx a few nights as well as let it reclaim from all of the damage I did to it a few nights ago. I must have actually been belting out some notes for my throat to feel the way it does, but my associate and I did get some good music recorded so I know it was worth the pain. My throat hurts on the outside as well as not the inside like you would think. I know the strain made the muscles sore, so cooling down my throat is certainly an unbelievable idea, as my heating as well as air conditioning rep friend told me last week. She said to put a bin of frozen peas on my throat to help soothe the muscles as well as get it back to unbelievable again. I’m watching my stock today as well as it looks like it is getting ready for another leg up.

This will be another interesting week for this rollercoaster ride I have been on for the past year. I suppose the thing is going to go from the 34 cent mark where it is now to the 50 cent mark by the end of the week, as well as from there they say it is going to actually run up to the dollar mark again before settling a bit. I need it to hit the $5 mark or so, and then I buy my heating as well as the air conditioning system which my flat so badly needs. I suppose that all of my associates and I will see it hit that $5 mark by the end of 2023, which means in six months I will have reacquired all of the heating as well as air conditioning tech savings that I lost last year. I have also learned a lot from the past few years when it comes to investing as well as patience has proven to be the answer most of the time. I just want to make music for people as well as make them feel glad, as well as also just maybe make a few music that are hits in the end. My friend and I have about 34 songs online now as well as are aiming to have 100 songs by the end of the year. It is a lofty goal to make another 66 music tracks over the next seven months, but at the rate my associate and I are going with my associate and I should hit that mark no problem. Residential heating as well as cooling work is there for me each day, which I usually get done by early afternoon, as well as then my associate and I play music for the local business by the beach a few times a week! Then last evening I was supposed to play, as well as my bandmate even came down to the beach where I was playing ball, but I was too into my other passion so she left. I suppose my poor flatmate got into a fight with her newfound friend last evening.

She was supposed to stay at her household last evening as well as tonight, but after this fight I’m not sure she will even talk to him anymore.

Let’s see if they patch it up as well as she stays there tonight, or if they are done as well as she stays here tonight. She has been staying there like four evenings a week lately, which was nice because it gave me more space alone here, but she is a cool flatmate as well as my associate and I get along nice while she’s here. Cooling down a relationship with a fight, especially a new one like she is in, can be disastrous as I found out when my heating as well as air conditioning rep is an amazing wife as well as I got into a tiff about our a/c.
