I am running out of gas this morning as my stomach is starting to talk to me.

It is ready for the apple and kefir that I eat each morning and that time is drawing near.

I just want to get a few more articles done and then I will take a leisurely bike ride around town to see what is happening. I will stop by the bike shop and see if they have my parts so I don’t have to go online and try to find the right ones. The problem with online shopping vs the local business is you can’t test it out before buying it to make sure it is correct. The local contractor in town has a wide selection of parts for bikes and a nice air conditioned store to keep you comfy while you shop. I think they will have the brake calipers but I am afraid they could be really expensive if I buy them from the local guy. But still, if the local business isn’t that much more then I will bite the bullet and buy them, because the air con is worth it for me to cool down a bit after riding around town. I bet it will be about 50% more buying from the local guy, but at only $20 online that isn’t such a big deal. My buddy the HVAC tech told me that they have better quality stuff there than online and it is worth the few extra bucks to buy from them. I’m off now to the climate controlled store.

I have one cat leaning on my leg now as I type, my girl cat named Baby, because I had to put her brother Fat Boy in the bedroom so she could eat some of the food I gave them.

Fat Boy likes food and he usually eats more than Baby, leaving her hungry and meowing just after feeding them. So I have him in isolation while she eats to give her a fair chance for breakfast. I will let him out soon and he will sniff around looking for the food bowl, which will be nowhere for him. The HVAC rep buddy of mine said he has the same problem with his one cat that he found outside this local business, and he said he only feeds him a small amount each day till he loses the weight. I guess cats like to eat just like dogs do and will overeat if you keep feeding them. Anyway, my air conditioning is going to be running today, cooling us all down as we do our things in my flat. I will get my work done in two more hours and then take the rest of the day to relax and gather my thoughts. The HVAC company is closed today for a holiday and I am going to probably work a bit on my HVAC system later to clean it up some. I think I can get it all done in an hour or so and I will be set for the rest of the summer season. I just need to clean my a/c filter well.

It is getting pretty warm in my flat now and it is only 10:30 in the morning still.

I have my little fan on keeping me cool but I think I am going to need some more help in a couple of hours max. This flat is pretty well insulated and is a newer flat in the middle floor of the building, so it doesn’t get all that heat from the sun or the cold from the wintertime, and that keeps our bills fairly low. I will try to use my fan to stay cool but air conditioning is going to be a must soon as this flat has been heating up to the point of being uncomfortable lately. Anyway, today is Friday and I will get my work done soon so that I can start to focus on our band and playing later. This local business is going to hire us to play for their customers in their air conditioned club next week and we want to practice a bit more before then. I think they are paying us like $500 for two hours, which seems like way too much money for a new band like us, but if they want to pay we will play. The heat pump in that club went out a few weeks ago and they hired our HVAC company to install a new one, and that is how we got the gig at this place. I gave them a card to listen to our songs online and they really seem to like them, so things look like they are heating up for us.

I’m going to the bike store in half an hour to see if they can help me.

I just need some new calipers for my bike because mine are all rusted out.

I think my brake lines and everything else is good, so if they have the parts in stock then I will be all set. There are a lot of people in town now for a festival and I need good brakes on my bike or I am going to run into problems, literally! I think they have them and I hope they are too pricey at the local business in town because then I don’t have to order online from this local contractor business in a nearby town. I can get them online for $20 for the pair, but I am willing to pay double that if the guy in town has them. I think I can put them on my bike in about twenty minutes and then I should be set for a few years with the new ones, and then I can ride around in climate control luxury once again. It is nice not having to worry about an air conditioner on my bike like I had to when I had a car. I think I have all the tools to do the job, but if not my neighbor usually has everything I need. He is a new contractor in town and has a ton of HVAC tools and other tools for fixing things around the house. I am an engineer and I think I can handle this task no problem.

I’m not going to go on and on about the EV stock I have but it is entirely starting to wake up finally.

This thing has been a sinking ship for the past three years and it has been depressing each time I check and see it dwindling.

But the past six or so weeks have been a different story and it looks like this ship may just float once again. If it keeps going at this same rate I will be back to even in six or eight months and can breathe a sigh of relief for my HVAC rep dad’s currency he offered me. As you know, I feel entirely guilty for tossing dad’s $100K heating and cooling supplier money away, and now it is my life mission to get it back. I am working hard for the heating supplier each morning and have been stashing my HVAC work’s pay into this business in hopes that it will bring me my lost inheritance. I won’t spend it on frivolous or expensive things, but use it to help the world in the way that I know how. I will buy an air conditioned RV with some of the money and travel around the country making tunes for people in temperature controlled bars and motivate them to be a better person, but our music are part inspirational and part funny, and I intend to spread the word to as many people as possible till I can’t sing anymore. In the winter time a fireplace will keep us warm as we play for local companies up north.

It is 10 in the morning and I am going to push ahead and work one more hour to try and knock out most of these articles for the morning, so when I come home after that bike ride I can have an straight-forward afternoon.

I have to do something about the brakes on this bike of mine because they are entirely rusted out from the salt air of the sea and need to be substituted.

I found them online for $20 for both front and back calipers, which is a fantastic price and will be tough to beat. Local companies here have a lot of items and maybe I can find them here, as the local contractor neighbor of mine told me. If there isn’t a lot more money at the local shop then I will buy them here to support my neighbors. The HVAC supplier near me has a ton of A/C and heating supplies that are about the same price as you can find them online. I bet that soon they will find a way to match the online prices in all of these stores so that we don’t have to buy online anymore. If I could buy a heat pump or a smart temperature control here for the same price as the online HVAC store then it would be entirely convenient for me. I will go to the bike shop in 45 minutes with some money and hopefully leave with two new brake calipers so I don’t mow down some kid! Go clean that washable filter of yours.

Time just keeps on passing by doesn’t it? I need some time to go by to get my life back into shape after falling out of place financially and physically.

I lost a ton of money and then lost my motivation to workout and eat healthy, replacing that with mostly beer drinking and partying. So now I am going to honor my lost father, who was into healthy living himself and taught me so, and get back on track with my diet and exercise program. I was starting to cave into old age, but like my HVAC tech dad was, I still have some life in me and I want to live long and get my life heating up again. I think it started when my dad died two years ago and then my girlfriend left me a month later. I remember sitting in her bed after she moved out, listening to her media whole-dwelling air purifier hum, and wondering if there was anything or anyone else that was going to leave me. My air con system broke down a few months later, telling me that yes there is still more to lose as far as temperature control goes. Now it has been two years since losing all of that stuff in my life and I feel I’m starting to recover from it all. At least I still have my HVAC tech task where I work, and the local contractor I work for has been so kind and patient with me over the past couple of years. Thank you HVAC rep boss!

I am going through my mind to figure out what this week’s agenda is going to be with this giant Pride celebration in the neighborhood because the streets will be slammed and we won’t have a locale to play in the band.

• There is another neighborhood about ten minutes on the train from here and maybe we should go play over there because it will be more manageable there for playing in the streets.

We can make some great currency, basically spending money and food money, playing in the streets each weekend. I just want to practice in a temperature controlled site, be that an air conditioned bar or a shaded spot in the street, and make new music to put on our place to see how our HVAC tech followers like them. So this week I am trying to figure out a plan for later and where we should play, but for now I need to get my work done online like a great boy should. I will clean my HEPA filter at some point, and maybe I will hit the HVAC supplier down the road and buy a new washable filter for my HVAC system. I had a great morning last year with my investing and made like $200, but that could drop like a rock this week as I’ve seen it happen over and over. I am using my fan right now for temperature control in my office but I assume the temps are going to get entirely up there later and warrant a bit of air conditioner in this site. Help with indoor comfort

Whew, I am starting to entirely get hungry and will need to feed myself before I pass out. I haven’t eaten a meal in over 12 hours and my stomach is starting to get aggravated. I like to eat healthy for the most part and I start my morning with an apple and a bottle of kefir from the store. Kefir has a lot of probiotics in it but the store kefir has been pasteurized and loses most of those probiotics. But it does have protein and other nutrients that are great for the body so I drink it weekly! Hydronic heating is on the agenda this week as I get ready to buy a little heating device for the winter. It is summer now and you can get some entirely great deals on products for the winter, so I am going to buy something to keep us warm for the coming cold season. Winter time will be here in a blink and my central heating system needs a little help keeping my bedroom sizzling because we don’t have zone control and it is a waste to heat the whole flat when I am sleeping. My lady has her own bedroom and likes it at a different temp than I like mine, which is why we chose to sleep in separate rooms each night. My heating tech neighbor thinks it is bizarre that me and my cooling rep lady sleep in different rooms but we are both great with it. I also have an odd sleep routine and I wake up a lot in the middle of the night to eat or read.

We are entering summer in five or six days and it is going to entirely get packed here in the neighborhood soon.

July and August are just swamped with people here in the neighborhood and it gets a bit hectic, but the winters are so dark and empty that you welcome this chaos. When November comes all of the tourists jet out of here in a blink and it abruptly becomes entirely quiet again, which is a bit eerie because it can happen overnight. I like the winters because I get to relax and prefer some downtime with my lady. My gas heating system is getting a break now that it is heating up so much and we won’t be running the HVAC systems’ heating for another six months. I am still just using my fan to keep me cool when I work in my office but I assume in another two weeks I will need more help from the cooling system. I’m trying to keep my cooling bills down but there is going to come a point where we need some air conditioner and I will get that smart temperature control going and doing its task. I have my little fan on me right now as I work and I also have another one for my bedroom to keep me cool at night while I sleep. I have a mini split A/C system in my bedroom too but the fan gives the cooling device a little bit of a boost. I assume the power bills will be manageable though with the two of us residing here.
