This is the first Springtime where I’m not cussing the level of heat and humidity as I get ready to exercise. And I’m not at all talking about going for a run or anything else outside. Nope, I’m talking about walking inside a gym that’s supposed to have some commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C that provides an adequate level of heating and cooling. I’m not complaining about the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C in the gym any longer because I dumped that gym membership last Fall. It’s not that I just gave into being a fat guy at 56 either. No, I just got so sick of walking into a space where I was dripping with sweat before I even got to the locker room. The commercial Heating, Ventilation, and air con unit in that location was either under sized, seasoned, or just completely messed up. The commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C in that joint was consistently overwhelmed whether it be winter season or Summertime. But it was very difficult from March through October. I just couldn’t take forking over that amount of money for zero heating and cooling comfort. Instead, I took some savings and made my own gym at home. I have a two car garage that is now a one automobile garage and home gym. Thanks to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company, I have a ductless heat pump inside the garage. Oh man, the air conditioning comfort is just really amazing. And I can’t hardly believe that this is all coming from something that is just so small. My partner is even getting in on some air conditioning and exercise as I purchased an elliptical component that she truly loves.
The good old air con pros
I was so relieved when I saw that first Covid test come up negative.
I felt like complete hell but at least I wasn’t dealing with Covid. That was last winter season and although I was vaccinated, I easily wasn’t up to dealing with all the mess that goes with that virus! Just having to hole up inside the central air conditioning was more than I could have dealt with. I easily can’t do any sort of a repeat of being stuck inside our household like we were when the pandemic was raging not long ago. Still, I battled whatever flu that hit me for more than a week. And for weeks after, I was still battling sinus and chest congestion to a big degree. It got to the point that my partner was looking at me sideways every time I started coughing. So I headed for the doctor’s office, which is not something that I easily like to do. And I was so surprised that I didn’t come away with a prescription for some sort of medication to fix me up. Instead, I came away with the directive to simply call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corp. The doctor thought my symptoms were lingering because of the indoor air quality of my home. And that turned out to be exactly the case! Once the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C pro performed the HVAC duct cleaning and HVAC duct resealing, my cough vanished almost overnight. But I also got a bonus with this Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service, as the HVAC duct resealing has ended up saving me some money. Stopping all the leaks in the air ducts has resulted in sizable savings when it comes to the heating and cooling cost.
New studio space gets residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and

That person is a persistent creature and just kept on persevering, and he did whatever he had to do when it came to following his passion and making time for his art.
We now have a full on studio space added to our home to show for it. My spouse could have never been mistaken for the sort that was destined for the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of a highrise downtown. That’s my bag for sure, however I knew the second I met him that he was a true artist to the core. I guess that was part of the initial attraction. I spent more than three nights inside the radiant heating of my dorm room hoping that he liked me as much as I liked him. The more we got to know each other, the more natural it felt to be together. I headed for that zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of an office right out of school. He went on to get an MFA and we were apart for about a year and a half. That proved to be the last time we were ever apart for any extended amount of time. Since then, he’s held up his end with private tutoring, substitute teaching, and even landscaping, but now he’s selling his art in a sizable way. So we added a small addition to the back of our house. This is now his studio space that he heads to every day as I head to the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of my office cubicle. Thankfully, there is a pair of ductless heat pumps providing him with good quality heating and air in his office now.
Don’t play the heating pro role
It’s that time of year once again, and it won’t be much longer before I close all the windows and doors for good, as the air conditioning goes on and stays on for at least four straight months. This is indeed not my number one time of year by any stretch of the imagination, but still I enjoy where I live and the brutal Summer heat and humidity are just part of it. The more one resists the heat the worse it feels though. I’ve learned that going with the rising temperatures is the best way to not be completely overwhelmed by the heat once Summer gets here. I mean, who wants to spend the entire Summer either inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of work or inside the central air conditioning of one’s home? I don’t for sure. I’m so thankful to have air conditioning, however I also like to get outside during the Summer too! Last Summer, I learned yet another lesson when it comes to air conditioning my home. I’m not a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C pro as it turns out. This was made spectacularly clear after I tried in vain to repair the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit last November. I came home from a very early day of golf to a household that was hot and sticky. The air conditioning was toiling when I left but evidently something happened while I was out. The heat pump was still running so I thought that maybe I could find an evident solution. Five hours and more than two bloodied knuckles later, I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals. Not only had I not fixed the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment, I had made things just that much worse by my attempt at Heating, Some ventilation and air con repairs.

My poor folding bike is falling apart, as my brakes are frozen from salt air and I am also missing some parts for the brake handles.
I will go back down to the store later this afternoon when they open again, this is Spain and we have to deal with siesta time, and maybe the kid there can help me piece this thing back together. I just need a couple little pieces for my brake handle and she could have them in stock, in which case I would have brand new working brakes once again. The girl at the local corporation is really nice and tries to help me as much as possible in the weather conditions controlled shop near me. I guess this will set me back about $50, but that is not a bad price for new brakes compared to how much I had to pay for brakes for my car. I guess the local corporation back in the States would charge me like a few hundred bucks for brakes for my old air conditioned car, so $50 is a drop in the bin comparatively. I could go now because they are still open but I want to get my writing done first as well as then I will go after they open again in the later afternoon. The heat and A/C system in the locale is superb because when I go in there on a warm day my body is cooling down as soon as I set foot in the frigid air. I plan on having new brakes on the bike by the time the sun sets tonight.
Great HVAC deals
I am running out of gas this morning as my stomach is starting to talk to me.
It is ready for the apple and kefir that I eat each morning and that time is drawing near.
I just want to get a few more articles done and then I will take a leisurely bike ride around town to see what is happening. I will stop by the bike shop and see if they have my parts so I don’t have to go online and try to find the right ones. The issue with online shopping vs the local corporation is you can’t test it out before buying it to make sure it is correct. The local contractor in town has a wide selection of parts for bikes and a nice air conditioned store to keep you comfy while you shop. I guess they will have the brake calipers but I am afraid they could be really fancy if I buy them from the local woman. But still, if the local corporation isn’t that much more then I will bite the bullet and buy them, because the air con is worth it for me to cool down a bit after riding around town. I bet it will be about 50% more buying from the local guy, but at only $20 online that isn’t such a big deal. My buddy the heat and A/C tech told me that they have better quality stuff there than online as well as it is worth the few extra bucks to buy from them. I’m off now to the weather controlled store.
My air conditioning will be running today
I have one pet leaning on my leg now as I type, my girl cat named Baby, because I had to put her sibling Fat Boy in the entryway so she could eat some of the food I gave them. Fat Boy loves food and she usually eats more than Baby, leaving her hungry and meowing just after feeding them. So I have him in isolation while she eats to give her a chance for supper. I will let him out soon and she will sniff around looking for the food bowl, which will be nowhere for him, but the heat and A/C rep buddy of mine said she has the same complication with her one pet that she found outside this local business, and she said she only feeds him a small amount each day till she loses the weight. I know cats like to eat just like cats do and will overeat if you keep feeding them. Anyway, my air conditioner is going to be running today, cooling us all down as we do our things in my flat. I will get my work done in two more hours and then take the rest of the day to relax and gather my thoughts. The heat and A/C corporation is closed today for a holiday and I am going to entirely labor a bit on my heat and A/C system later to clean it up some. I guess I can get it all done in an hour or so as well as I will be set for the rest of the summer season. I just need to clean my a/c filter well.
Air conditioning is going to be a must
It is getting pretty warm in my flat now as well as it is only 10:30 in the morning still.
I have my little fan on keeping me cool but I think I am going to need some more help in a couple of hours max.
This flat is pretty well insulated and is a newer flat in the middle floor of the building, so it doesn’t get all that heat from the sun or the frigid from the wintertime, and that keeps our bills fairly low. I will try to use my fan to stay cool but air conditioner is going to be a must soon as this flat has been heating up to the point of being uncomfortable lately. Anyway, today is Monday and I will get my work done soon so that I can start to focus on our band as well as playing later. This local corporation is going to hire us to play for their buyers in their air conditioned club next week and we want to practice a bit more before then. I guess they are paying us like $500 for two hours, which seems like way too much money for a new band like us, but if they want to pay we will play. The heat pump in that club went out a few weeks ago and they hired our heat and A/C corporation to install a new one, and that is how we got the gig at this locale. I provided them a card to listen to our music online and they really seem to like them, so things look like they are heating up for us.

I’m going to the bike store in half an hour to see if they can help me. I just need some new calipers for my bike because mine are all rusted out. I guess my brake lines and everything else is good, so if they have the parts in stock then I will be all set. There are a lot of people in town now for a festival and I need good brakes on my bike or I am going to run into problems, literally! I guess they have them and I hope they are too extravagant at the local corporation in town because then I don’t have to order online from this local contractor corporation in a nearby town, I can get them online for $20 for the pair, but I am willing to pay double that if the girl in town has them. I guess I can put them on my bike in about twenty minutes and then I should be set for a few years with the new ones, as well as then I can ride around in weather conditions and control luxury once again. It is nice not having to worry about an a/c on my bike like I had to when I had a car. I think I have all the tools to do the job, but if not my neighbor usually has everything I need. She is a new contractor in town and has a ton of heat and A/C tools as well as other tools for fixing things around the house. I am an engineer and I think I can handle this job no problem.
