My throat is a bit hoarse today as well as it was without singing at all last evening.
I need to rest my larynx a few nights as well as let it reclaim from all of the damage I did to it a few nights ago. I must have actually been belting out some notes for my throat to feel the way it does, but my associate and I did get some good music recorded so I know it was worth the pain. My throat hurts on the outside as well as not the inside like you would think. I know the strain made the muscles sore, so cooling down my throat is certainly an unbelievable idea, as my heating as well as air conditioning rep friend told me last week. She said to put a bin of frozen peas on my throat to help soothe the muscles as well as get it back to unbelievable again. I suppose cooling down the whole body is a must at this point after playing ball beside this local business on the beach last evening. I had such a blast though as well as am still seeing some of the plays my associate and I had in my mind when I suppose back in the evening.
