The group meets a couple of times each week at a building that has central heating and a/c. The woman that runs the class is a fitness expert and someone who has run a marathon in the past. All of us work on cardio and run in place. There are also free weights at the gym to help work on upper and lower body strength. It only costs $6 to go to the class each week, so that is a pretty good deal.

My partner surprised me with a motorcycle for my birthday this year.

I took the motorcycle to work on Saturday day so I could show it to all of my friends at the Heating and Air Conditioning parts store.

Where I live, it feels as if it’s Summer almost exclusively year round.

Even in winter, it’s somewhat warm, rather than the ice cold weather systems that most people expect from winter. Because of the continuous warm weather, I truly have to make sure our air conditioner is always in relaxing shape to handle the highly heated weather. In fact, Cassie goes out of her way to conserve as much energy as possible, and she follows the industry recommendations on how to set her thermostat. Cassie lives in a 3-bedroom home, and it doesn’t make sense to heat and cool the entire space, so I suggested that she look into getting a zone control Smart thermostat and that would help her to conserve energy. She liked the idea and mentioned that she will ask her HVAC technician about it. She then asked me if I had any suggestions on how to lower gas prices. I told her no, but if she finds out she should pass on the information to me.
