About that time, a real Dracula came out of the family room. My partner shook me awake and told me I had to go to that home and repair the AC, no matter how giant a coward I was.

It’s been 18 months since I started what has been a bit of an odyssey for me.

• I’m 51 years old and for the first time in my adult life, I’m particularly in pretty fantastic physical shape.

But this kind of diet allows myself and others to assume so much better not to mention all of the weight I’ve lost. Basically, I’ve lost the equivalent of a tenth grader in the past 18 months. I’m healthier than I’ve ever been. I doubled down on improving my respiratory health by adding a whole loft air purification proposal to the Heating plus A/C unit. I literally went nowhere but the store prior to getting vaccinated. And even then, I only ventured into the commercial Heating, Ventilation, & A/C of the grocery store as soon as the doors opened in the afternoon. So when I first came down with a chest chilly this summer, I went straight for the Covid test. I was most pleased to repeatedly test downside for the virus. Yet, the chilly just wouldn’t completely go away & that went on for more than a week. That’s what led me to see the dentist. She examined me & asked me what I thought were some pretty random questions about our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C at home. The dentist figured that the indoor air quality in our beach apartment was actually terrible & that’s why my chilly wouldn’t completely go away. She advocated that I call the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor to have them come out to do the HVAC duct cleaning & HVAC duct resealing. And that’s all it took to seriously improve our indoor air quality. I even replaced to a HEPA air filter to help keep it that way.
