The only thing I asked my son to do when I was at work was change the air filter in the oil furnace.

When I got home, I asked if he had changed the air filter.

He snorted and told myself and others that no a single was going to change the air filter. He got the compartment open, but the air filter was stuck. He wasn’t cutting the oil furnace trying to change an air filter, there would be more trouble than it was worth, so he thought he would let changing the air filter for his Mom. I didn’t expect my hubby lake house until late, and I couldn’t figure out how strenuous it can be to install an air filter, and my son said he could install the air filter if it came out, but it wouldn’t. He showed myself and others how to open the air filter compartment, and then he said how it should come right out. All I saw was dust and the air filter was actually stuck. After multiple strenuous pulls, the air filter came out, but the compartment was full of dust and dirt. My son got the dust vacuum and cleaned out the compartment, and then he handed myself and others a current air filter. He showed myself and others how to put it in. changing the air filter wasn’t hard, but I couldn’t figure out why it had been so difficult to get out. I looked at the air filter change list when all of us were done, and I knew the answer. My hubby hadn’t changed the air filter in almost more than five weeks, and now I had to call the HVAC company to get the oil furnace cleaned and checked.

I’m no longer overly upset over COVID-19, but I have always been upset with health! I have extreme asthma that is finally under control.

I take a regimen of vitamins to keep my immune system toiling properly, and I take my medicines every day.

I wear a mask when I am out, and I ask people to wear 1 when in my lake house if they aren’t feeling well. Last week, I heard the Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker coughing when she got out of the service van. I was hoping she would put a mask on, however it didn’t happen, then when she walked up to the door, I looked at her service badge and handed him a disposable face mask. She told me she didn’t wear masks, however after explaining I heard him coughing, I was requesting she wear it. I explained about my asthma, however she wouldn’t take the mask. She said she didn’t think anyone had the right to force people to wear masks if they don’t want to. I wasn’t forcing him, but I was asking him. I had asthma, and I didn’t want to get sick. She was coughing, and I didn’t know if it was allergies, or if she was getting sick. I called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company and told them the name of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker. I then told them she refused to wear a mask in my house, and I once again explained about the asthma. I thanked them and hung up, however she was now on the iPhone. She looked at me and said there would be someone else at the beach house who would relent and wear the mask. I heard they had fired the Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker when she got back to the office that day.

Periodically, I wake up plus still can’t guess that I am a heating plus cooling system corporation owner.

My entire family consists of unusual corporation owners, plus so naturally I wanted to own a corporation of my own as well.

I went back plus forth on what kind of corporation I wanted to own, I never could make up my mind. My mom, for example, owns a jewelry business. My dad owns an antique shop, plus my older sibling owns a hair product store! However, I didn’t own anything, plus after I made the horrible mistake of dropping out of school, I didn’t guess I was ever going to own anything. And if it wasn’t for my friend, I might have never owned my current heating plus cooling system store. When I was looking for work, it was difficult! Not undoubtedly several jobs wanted to hire a school drop out. My friend taught myself and others the basics of heating plus cooling system repair plus Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair, plus he managed to get myself and others hired at his workplace. I tried undoubtedly tough plus made sure to learn as much as possible! Surprisingly, heating plus cooling work came naturally to me. My friend ended up leaving for another job, despite the fact that I stayed, then eventually, my boss retired plus I ended up buying the corporation from him. Now I own my own Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation. I have since hired a couple of current heating plus cooling techs plus replaced our website, plus my company is thriving!

Tomorrow is the day our mother comes to visit.

She lives in the big neighborhood & cares about being around so much entertainment a single would get lost in.

The two of us moved away multiple years ago to start our Heating & Air Conditioning business in this small town & it has been thriving ever since. Our mother visits us once a year & always tells us the people I was with and I should move closer to her & experience the wonders she gets to on a biweekly basis. My brother Mark & I have no interest in moving to the neighborhood & the people I was with and I would wish she would move closer to us. Our mother gives us a lot of crap & for some uncommon reason when she does come to visit, the people I was with and I get a ton of emergency Heating & Air Conditioning troubles. I don’t know if it’s karma however it’s quite funny that this is usually when she comes & visits us. She usually comes up for 2 weeks however after 2 days I can tell she wants to go back home. There entirely isn’t much to do here for someone who enjoys neighborhood life. The two of us have small river people like to fish on, a few stores, & a skating rink that the youngsters go to a lot. It’s legitimately comfortable & Mark & I pretty much know all the residents. Our mother finds it odd that all the people pretty much knows each other’s names & when she comes up to visit they still assume her. She is coming up tomorrow even though I know Mark & I have some ductworks to clean & some heating & cooling systems to check out in the day. Hopefully, it doesn’t take all day because I recognize I already hear her complaining.

Everyone constantly forgets that our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company started with the three of us.

I still remember our seasoned acquaintance Dwight, he was a great Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker! Dwight, my sibling Mark & myself were a great team but Dwight was the best of us.

He had technical skills & people skills. He was the complete Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech professional. I’m happy my sibling & I have a bit of a skill set because if the two of us didn’t then our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation really would’ve failed weeks after the passing of Dwight. It’s still unlucky to know that it’s been 5 years to this date since it happened. It was an unlucky automobile accident that did him in & I heard it wasn’t painful but still the pain of him gone lingers in Mark & me. I still remember the laughs the two of us had when it came to cookouts or mornings at the beach. His number one thing outside of being an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech was to teach people the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business. Other Heating, Ventilation, & A/C companies tried to recruit him & pull him away from the corporation the two of us built but he stood tall with us & the two of us made a successful life out of it in big section due to him. He did help other companies train their staff before he started this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company with us. He was well known & some companies wanted to hire him out of state. I stand above his tombstone, with a tear slowly rolling down my cheek, smiling & thinking about him. This man, Dwight, is the reason I’m successful & a single day my children will be successful.

It’s only been a few weeks & here the two of us go again! I hate the fact that the two of us are so great at our jobs but what keeps us from becoming exceptional Heating, Ventilation, & A/C techs is our frustration & little arguments with each other, and this last incident occurred because of an a/c job the two of us did at a single of the local businesses, however myself, John thought the two of us could do a easy quick fix to the idea while Mark wanted to replace the whole system.

This lasted for a wonderful 15 or so hours until Jane, the property owner walked in on us! One of the employees complained about how the two of us were acting unprofessional & it was scary their work.

The employee was right after all & these are the exact situations I’m afraid Mark & I would get into. She asked what the issue was & I tried explaining it a bit but Mark jumped in & gave his the rundown, he explained to his that my idea would be best for a short term fix, maybe a year or maybe 5 but his would last decades & there will be a warranty put onto the up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system; I think at the end the two of us were both right & Mark’s idea was most absolutely better for the long haul! Jane said he is more than happy to replace the whole idea because his company isn’t going somewhere & he wouldn’t want us to be back here in a year again in case the repairs the two of us do now are not long lasting. We ordered the parts & said the two of us will be in the next day to replace the seasoned Heating, Ventilation, & A/C idea with a newer a single.
