Abigail has lived on an island ever since she was a baby.

Summer was good since she got to enjoy the green landscape and even go camping with her partner. However, winter was a whole other matter for a lady who only experienced snow a few times before. The cold temperatures and heavy snow did make Abigail long for the warm es of home. Thankfully, her partner had made sure their cottage was sealed and had the best heating system. He’d renovated the cottage and set up a furnace that ensured they stayed warm and comfortable. This was her first time using a furnace, and Abigail was fascinated by this heating system. Her partner had opted for a modulated furnace that would save on energy and energy costs. He explained that there are different types of heating systems that people in the area use. Some still use those old school wood stoves that heat the house. However, there are modern options like the modulating furnaces that are a better option, and more eco-friendly. She even has a date marked on her calendar for when it’s time to service the modulating furnace.
