When my husband and I obtained our dwelling I was a little disgusted with the lavatories.
The master lavatory and main lavatory had the same look pretty much.
They had the same vinyl floor, terrible looking vanity, beige tile and stained grout. I actually decided to gut the master lavatory for something way more charming. I changed it to a penny floor, a marble top vanity and a glass shower enclosure. I looked at my other lavatory. I didn’t want to pay to gut the other lavatory. I didn’t have the desire to have it look horrible in my dwelling though. It was the ugly spot in the dwelling. I started with a little paint, and painting the walls, ceiling and vanity was a pretty nice start. I even obtained a modern toilet, switch plates, lights and knobs for the vanity. It genuinely did class everything up. The stained grout killed me however. I hated that none of my cleaners worked on it. I tried a white paint made for grout and it didn’t last especially long… Online I started looking for numerous solutions and that is how I found a cleaning corporation that does tile and grout cleaning. I wasn’t super optimistic. I thought the grout was definitely beyond saving. I figured hiring out tile and grout cleaning near me was cheaper than doing a full lavatory remodel. I wasn’t actually expecting them to completely change the look of my lavatory! They honestly got the white grout totally clean. It looks white once again. The beige tile no longer looks horrid and has terrible looking grey streaks in it. The shower shines and cleans up way nicer now. They even convinced me to do vinyl flooring restoration and that was completely worth it. My lavatory looks almost as good as my modern one.
