Is it funny how suddenly things can change over time? One of the things that has changed a lot over time is our smart thermostat… It wasn’t consistently a smart thermostat! This is an entirely outdated home that I live in and the original thermostat that came with it was super old; however, the original thermostat was a dial thermostat, then when I first saw one of those I was surprised because I did not know they still actually made them! It still works great so it took me a long time before I decided to substitute it but when I did another good I substituted it with a traditional thermostat.
It was a traditional digital one that you mount on the wall, nothing super lavish but legitimately much better than the dial thermostat for comparison.
Then I found out about smart thermostats. I knew I had to have one. I appreciated the plan of being able to control your heating and A/C temperatures from your cell phone. I thought that was entirely too amazing. The best part was that I was able to buy the smart thermostat on sale too and after that I did not need a cooling professional to install because I was able to DIY the install and do it myself, then at first I was a little bit uneasy about doing this myself because I was too afraid of what if I actually messed up or if I did it wrong after that I could have disfigured our thermostat, then however the guidelines were easily clear and concise and were easy to follow and I had no troubles installing it.
