My t-shirt printing corporation had been going so well that it was time to transfer out of my basement and get a greater area, but i was looking for shop space for rent that would be sizable enough for my unit and for clients to visit, then my partner and I knew exactly what both of us needed to grow our business, and that included a location for packaging and shipping of the online orders both of us were getting, the two of us went from individual t-shirt printing to orders of a thoUSnd t-shirts for local businesses. The two of us were doing promotional t-shirts with the dealer’s logo imprinted on pockets, t-shirt fronts, and/or t-shirt backs, then when both of us started looking for shop space for rent, both of us were looking online and in the newspapers. The two of us didn’t have time to do all the legwork involved in looking for office spaces, so both of us hired a realtor, and I got my sibling to go with his when he found a space. My sibling had been working in the t-shirt corporation for almost a year, and he knew what my partner and I needed, after the sixth shop space viewing, he came back to use, and he seemed excited, but he told us there was a sizable back room immense enough for double the unit both of us had. There was a private lavatory, a bedroomette, and parking space. There was also more than enough space in the shop’s front, where both of us could meet with clients and showcase some of our designs. She was sure our looking for shop space was ending. The two of us made an appointment for all several of us to visit the shop space for rent and signed the lease before both of us left the building.
