There was a police officer three cars back plus the guy pulled over behind us to get our insurance information. The lady tried to say that I was on myphone, but the police officer saw everything. He knew the lady did not use her turn signal. I could also prove that I wasn’t using our iphone at the time, even though the officer did not ask for confirmation. I drove our truck to the home plus called our boss to report the accident. The traffic cop gave the lady a ticket for not using her turn signal. The injure to the truck is pretty dire plus it looks like I’ll be stuck driving a loaner until the injure can be repaired.
