Is it funny how hastily things can change over time? One of the things that has changed a lot over time is my smart control unit, it wasn’t always a smart control unit! This is an entirely old beach house that I live in and the original control component that came with it was super old, but the original control component was a dial control unit… But when I first saw a single of those I was surprised because I didn’t guess they still made them! It definitely still works great so it took me a long time before I decided to update it but when I did superbly I replaced it with a traditional control unit.
It was a traditional digital single that you mount on the wall, nothing super costly but actually much better than the dial control component for comparison.
Then I found out about smart control units. I knew I had to have a single. I loved the system of being able to control your heating and AC uneven temperatures from your PC. I thought that was actually amazing as well. The best section was that I was able to buy the smart control component on sale too and after that I didn’t need a cooling professional to install because I was able to DIY the install and do it myself; then at the beginning I was a little bit sad about doing this myself because I was afraid of what if I messed up or if I did it wrong after that I could have disfigured my control unit… However, the directions were actually clear and concise and were easy to follow and I had no troubles installing it.
