Slight miscalculation brings HOA wrath over Heating plus A/C issue

I don’t mind at all obeying rules and following the laws.

That’s sort of part of the social contract that the people I was with and I agree to when we’re part of a mankind.

And there are all manner of rules and regulations outside of formalized state and federal laws. I just ran afoul of some rather inane HOA regulations pertaining to the Heating plus A/C device at my home. The rule is that residential Heating plus A/C cannot be seen from the street. First, this seems love such a random rule. I mean are the people I was with and I all trying to pretend that the people I was with and I don’t have heating and cooling in our homes? And since when did the sight of an Heating plus A/C cabinet alongside a loft create such turmoil that it has to be hidden? Clearly, I was missing something with all this hide the Heating plus A/C business. Actually, I was completely unaware of any sort of regulations when it came to my absolutely own Heating plus A/C equipment. So when I cut the privacy hedge a bit short on that side of the house, it came with unforeseen repercussions for sure. It wasn’t 24 hours later before I had a nasty little not from the HOA taped to the front door. I was told to build a fence to keep the Heating plus A/C from view or upgrade the hedge. What sort of logic went into this transfer is beyond me. I mean, the hedge will grow back. And you have to be at the perfect angle just to see the Heating plus A/C cabinet from the street anyway. I’m currently ignoring the threats from the HOA over this Heating plus A/C madness and just letting the hedge continue to grow and end all this idiocy.
