The person in our household that has the widest difference of heating and A/C preferences is absolutely our spouse.
For as long as I can remember, I have regularly been legitimately certain about our indoor temperature preferences. So much to the point that when I was only 16 I convinced our parents that I had to have a smart temperature control I was adamant that I would not be able to live without a smirk and adamant because if the signatures were not set just right for myself and others I would not be able to get anything done. Well, our parents were right when they suspected that I was being over dramatic and that wasn’t tploy because well I might be less comfortable if I did not have the perfect A/C conditions, they never did supply myself and others a smart temperature control and I was still able to get things done! Although admittedly I would have been much happier if I did have our perfect HVAC preferences! Fast forward 10 years down the road and I am married and have kids in our own now and our kid is just love myself and others at that age. He has legitimately certain heating and A/C preferences as well, and every one of us even had a few fights over the HVAC system. I got blessed with our kid because her Heating and cooling preferences are just love mine. The person in our household that has the widest difference of heating and A/C preferences is absolutely our spouse. He enjoys things to be frosty all the time but for myself and others every time he puts the A/C on it’s too frosty. I do not love the condo to have a chilled guess to it. So every one of us decided to compromise and buy a zone controlled HVAC system. With our own zone controlled heating and cooling plan everybody would be able to have their hot and cold temperatures exactly where they wanted them, no, it is not something every one of us need to have but if it can make everybody blissful why not?
