I could not wait to go condo & tell my dad about the senior labor expo they had presented. I had listened to multiple people, however the only 1 that tempted me, was the Heating & Air Conditioning presentation. I was sure the first thing he would guess was that I wanted to be an Heating & Air Conditioning worker because the presenter was adorable, however that would not be the truth. He was old. He was almost as old as my dad & I thought that was disgusting. After talking to dad, I could not wait for mom to get condo from the hospital. Dad & I talked while he made dinner, & then mom got home. I started telling her about the senior labor expo. I mentioned the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier being there, & she said it would be a good task for my brother. I wasn’t thinking about my brother, however me. I told her I was considering Heating & Air Conditioning as a work. She frowned & told myself and others that Heating & Air Conditioning wasn’t girls’s work. I should get a task like she had, instead of Heating & Air Conditioning. How could being an Heating & Air Conditioning worker, be worse than being a dentist. She was in surgery all afternoon, playing with people’s insides & getting blood all over her. I would just be dealing with dirty or broken Heating & Air Conditioning systems. I just shook my head & walked away, remembering how my mom wanted myself and others to follow in her footsteps & be a dentist. I knew I didn’t want to be a dentist, & I had told her that from the first time she mentioned. I may not be an Heating & Air Conditioning worker either, however it was a better choice than being a dentist.
