My child loves to ride with me on the weekends

My child is 15 years aged and she is truly curious and inquisitive.

She always asks me about my task and my work, however since she has been aged enough to ride a bicycle, I have been telling him about my task.

I own a contracting supplier that specializes in heating and A/C commercial and residential repairs and replacement services. One afternoon I want my child to be able to take over the business. I’m cheerful to see that she is showing some interest for the trade. My dad was a butcher and her dad was a butcher as well. My dad thought I was going to take over the family business, but I wanted to spend my afternoons laboring with my hands in a weird way. When my child turned 15, I started letting her ride with me on the weekends when I have repairs or replacements that are not going to be a large deal. My child stays out of the way for the most part. She helps me to gather supplies and cleans up when there is a mess. She watches and observes and asks questions. The kid is genuinely studying a lot, and last weekend I was in an home laboring on an cooling system concern when the lady next door said she was also having a concern with the cooling system. I told the woman that she would have to wait, but my child said she was pretty sure she could diagnose the problem. She left to go with the woman and returned a half an hour later with an evaluation and course of action to remedy the cooling system problem.
