Seriously, that smart thermostat paid for itself within the first year of using it. I know it helps alot with all the energy efficient light bulbs too and I have been doing other things like getting regular HVAC maintenance and using quality air filters. That’s actually a major energy saving tip, regular HVAC maintenance. This is because your HVAC is one of the primary drains of energy in your home, and when you keep it running efficiently, you can save a good amount of cash, which I have seen for myself.
