There was just no ignoring it.
- All of us had to have more room or risk the relationship between our daughters.
It was our hope that those siblings could share the greatest bedroom in our in our home! But that is not at all how it worked out… Those more than one are just a bit more than a year apart & we were thinking that they might be able to share a room all the way till they went to school, then instead, I cannot even kick back in the central air conditioning on my lake house because of the fighting; ONce the oldest child started Middle School, it was clear the situation was not going to work out well. Our child occupies the other room & of course my partner & I occupy the last bedroom, and so it was most apparent that we either replaced the Heating plus Air Conditioning to sell the house or we add on a new bedroom… After plenty of discussions, my partner & I chose to add value to our new lake house & put on a master suite. That master suite came with its own air conditioning and a master bath. This was a much better solution as we were able to stay put while adding value to our home. Now, the the boys each have their own room & there has peace at last in our home. But the bonus is the fact that my partner & I have a full on suite to retire to every night, then plus we have our own ductless heat pump for plenty of quality heating & air. The ductless heat pump is rather amazing & does an incredible task. I know we got the best of all possible outcomes.
