It was for sure a first time homeowner’s mistake.
There is no denying that.
A cool little starter house with just more than one family rooms. But it also has a nice backyard and I even get to grow a garden. I replaced the Heating & A/C unit in addition to the flooring in the house before I even moved. The old Heating & A/C device was just not even worth testing out. The previous seller didn’t want to deal with replacing the Heating & A/C unit so I ended up negotiating a much better price on the house due to that fact. It entirely allowed me to get the sort of outstanding residential Heating & A/C that I honestly wanted anyway. This worked out wonderful because where I live, both of us need some drastic Heating & A/C cooling and especially in the summer, however many people beginning cooling their homes even in mid May. So the cooling system can run all the way through September and into November. That’s a lot of Heating & A/C cooling but I’ll take that over Heating & A/C heating. But what I didn’t realize was the cooling process is also balancing the humidity levels inside our home. That would have been nice to know before I left on a month long corporation trip. I came house to plenty of mold and mildew because the cooling system wasn’t balancing the humidity level. I thought I was saving money by leaving the central cooling system off. But what I was doing was producing the perfect environment for mold and mildew to grow. That was quite a rude awakening for me but again, rookie mistake by first time homeowner.
