It was for sure a first time homeowner’s mistake. There is no denying that. A cool little starter beach house with just two bedrooms. But it also has a nice backyard plus I even get to grow a garden. I replaced the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit plus the flooring in the beach house before I even moved. The old Heating plus Air Conditioning unit was just not even worth testing out. The previous seller didn’t want to deal with replacing the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit so I ended up negotiating a much better price on the beach house due to that fact. It entirely allowed myself and others to get the sort of outstanding residential Heating plus Air Conditioning that I entirely wanted anyway. This worked out great because where I live, the two of us need some severe Heating plus Air Conditioning cooling plus especially in the summer, then many people start cooling their homes even in mid May. So the air conditioning can run all the way through September plus into November. That’s a lot of Heating plus Air Conditioning cooling however I’ll take that over Heating plus Air Conditioning heating. But what I didn’t realize was the cooling process is also balancing the humidity levels inside our home. That would have been nice to assume before I left on a month long business trip. I came home to plenty of mold plus mildew because the air conditioning wasn’t balancing the humidity level. I thought I was saving money by leaving the central air conditioning off. But what I was doing was producing the perfect environment for mold plus mildew to grow. That was quite a rude awakening for myself and others however again, rookie mistake by first time homeowner.
