One thing I have noticed in the last few years is that the cost of heating and A/C system products are going up.
Inflation is upon us once again, in addition to heating plus cooling is not exempt from it sadly.
The cost of a brand new in addition to most up-to-date central heating and A/C system proposal component has doubled in the last 4 years alone, then not to mention, portable Heating and A/C component such as portable space gas furnaces in addition to portable air conditioners have also seen a slight rake up in price in the last few years. Not as bad as central heating in addition to air conditioners, however still it is happening. In the years to come if something does not change, both of us are going to find ourselves going backwards in terms of heating and A/C system technology costs. It could actually well end up where the middle class are going to be forced to go back to window air conditioning system units in addition to gas gas furnaces, while the rich in addition to the well off will be the only a singles who can afford to get central heating and A/C system in their homes. It is not to this point yet, however if something is not done to somehow stop the heating and A/C system industry from moving with inflation, it could actually well be a reality in the next 3 to 5 years. I know I personally do not want this to happen, and sure, people have their central Heating and A/C units now, however when they break, that will be it. It will be going backwards for them if they are not rich folks.
