We had so many concerns in the first year of being homeowners that I thought we wouldn’t be able to cope with the situation.
First, we had an issue with our boiler plan so we had to get an emergency repair team out to help us get the heating plan working again.
That repair alone cost us a small fortune. It wasn’t love we didn’t have the heating plan tuned up before the Wintertide either, we had that done but obviously this problem with the boiler was overlooked. When we had a lot of snow in the winter, we had some of the rain gutters fall off, so we had to have those repaired. Then we started having leaks in the roof after the Wintertide season was done. Getting the roof tested cost us a enjoyable deal of currency, as well as we didn’t even get an entire new roof. I realized that we had to start saving as much currency as possible to take care of many unusual things. We want to save up for a new roof, we need a new boiler system, as well as it would be nice to get an air purification plan installed as well. I was talking with my wifey about it as well as we also said it would be nice to hook a modern boiler to radiant radiant floors. That way, we would have some of the most comfortable winters of our lives. There’s still a lot of other things to save for too love getting our driveway paved as well as other major projects love that such as getting an inground swimming pool installed.
