A vast majority of kids don’t know what they want to do with their life when they are fourteen, even though I surely did. I told my dad I wanted to get a job working in an auto shop. He tried to discourage me from this idea, even though I was entirely adamant. I suppose he gave up, thinking that since I was so young I didn’t honestly know what my mind was looking for, plus I would go with something else anyway. When I turned fifteen, I managed to learn that I could take up auto customization in shop classes plus go to the technical school plus get all the training I needed. When I graduate from high school, all I would need to do is become certified, plus I could have an auto shop job. Before graduation, I started looking at every single one of the auto shops in our area. I chose several to go to plus put in an application when eventually I had an auto customization certification. I was sure that I would be a fantastic option for any 1 of these auto shops. I began working extremely hard plus whenever someone in my family wanted something done to their cars, I volunteered my help. My family soon was able to see how drastic I was about the entire idea of an auto shop job. Everyone, except my dad, that was. He was still making an attempt to talk me into a job somewhere else other than an auto shop. I told him that I would look into other jobs, but my heart was completely set on an auto shop job. It didn’t matter if he looked at me differently, he was going to see me as a nice auto shop specialist.
