There is a heating and air conditioning company in town that I have come to rely on for all of my HVAC needs for the past few years.
- I have to admit that I’m quite cynical, and I did not expect a brand new company in town to be able to deliver quality customer service, but I was very wrong about this.
It’s actually quite encouraging to see that many of the technicians are younger guys that have applied themselves to a very much needed craft and are very good at their job. I have been well taken care of these past couple years. It’s a good thing too, because I’m no handyman when it comes to heating and air conditioning maintenance or anything of the sort, really! In fact, one of their recent trips to my house concerned my thermostat. It was completely blank and not functioning at all. I even tried to switch out the thermostats batteries to no avail. I panicked and I called out the HVAC company. They said that there was a slight electrical problem that was making it difficult for the thermostat to communicate with my central heating and air conditioning system. They said it was a simple fix, but I’m so grateful for them because I wouldn’t know the first thing about how to get the HVAC system up and running again! Boy am I glad I have these hard-working HVAC technicians to rely on! I simply don’t know what I would do without them.
