We live in a warm climate, but sometimes the temperature in the winter can border that of freezing or below freezing.
I like to live in a place that has four seasons and not just hot year round. I used to live deep in the South and it just became boring having the same climate year round more or less. I like to feel the chill of winter approaching to tell me that my life is passing by. It helps me from getting so complacent like most of the people are where the weather is too hot to do anything in. This is why I am selling my furnace filter, because we won’t be needing it anymore in this house we are selling. We hardly used it each year and now it doesn’t even work anymore, but with a little repair it will be good as new again. If you are good at repairing heaters and servicing furnace filters then this may be a good buy for you. I don’t have the time to fix it myself so it is going to be a good bargain for a hands on type of person. We had a radiant heater a long time ago but decided that heated floors are enough for a house that doesn’t get so cold in the winters. I am more concerned about staying cool in the South so the air conditioner is my main concern each year when looking to maintain the unit. I am sure there is someone who would like to buy this furnace filter so I’m just waiting for an email.
