I am working on my heating and cooling system today

I’m getting geared up for my cold sea swim in about half an hour.

But, I’m waiting for it to heat up a bit first because this morning there was frost all over the ground when I woke up.

I think the water temp is around 52F and I would prefer the air to be a bit warmer than freezing so I don’t risk getting hypothermia again like I did last winter when I swam in February. I stayed in too long and was exercising, which caused me to lose too much body heat, hence hypothermia. My radiant heating system is on now in my little office, warming it up nicely so that when I return from my cold dip I will be in a nice temperature controlled room to get my body temp back to normal. Why do I do these cold plunges? Well, my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C employers had some complications with their immune systems and his joints. The cold water dips are known for helping both of those complications. They told me that their joints are much better now and that their immune system is the strongest it has been in many years, not having a single cold since starting the dips more than 10 or so years ago. I am fixing my heating & cooling system today for a bit before I go to the sea for my energizing dip, and then I will go to the local shop and get some food for me and my dogs for the week. I won’t have to shop for a while after today, yay!
