His HVAC dealer had some problems with his immune system

Andy is getting geared up for his chilly sea swim soon, but he is waiting for it to heat up a bit first because this morning there was frost all over the ground when he woke up. Andy thinks the water temp is around 46F and he would prefer the air to be a bit warmer than chilly so he doesn’t risk getting hypothermia again like he did last winter when he swam in January. Andy stayed in that time for too long and was exercising, which caused him to lose too much body heat, hence hypothermia. His furnace is now in his nice office, warming it up nicely so that when he returns from his chilly dip he will be in a nice warm room to get his body temp back to normal. Why does he do these chilly plunges? Well, his Heating, Ventilation and A/C boss had some concerns with his immune plan and his joints, and the chilly water dips are known for helping both of those concerns. He told Andy that his joints are much better now and that his immune plan is the strongest it has been in many years, not having one chilly since starting the dips 8 or so years ago. Andy is working on his HVAC system this month for a bit before he goes to the sea for his energizing dip, and then he will go to the local business and get some food for himself and the cats for the week. Andy won’t have to shop for a month after this week, yay!
