I was one of those unfortunate souls that had to learn the taxing way the importance of not skipping HVAC tune-ups, but whenever I had a furnace & cooling system professional come out to my apartment & recommend me to get furnace & cooling system tune-ups performed, I always told them no. I knew their game, & all they wanted to do was to try to sell me more stuff I didn’t need, & I wasn’t buying it. Well come to find out, I was dead wrong. Those HVAC repair guys were only giving me the advice I should hear regarding the longevity of my HVAC system. They had tried to warn me & I wouldn’t listen & that was my fault. However, now I’m stuck paying the consequences of my actions, literally, because by not getting the tune-ups I needed the state of both my furnace & my had entirely declined. As a result I didn’t have much of a choice except to bite the bullet & spend my money the price & this time around it was much more fancy because of all the repairs that were now needed. I had come to suppose the HVAC company entirely well, & thankfully they were always tolerable & didn’t try to sell me additional services that I didn’t need. The repairman came out & fixed both my furnace & my & everything was as nice as new again, it wasn’t cheap, in fact it cost me a lot but in the end it was worth it. I have had annual tune-ups ever since then.
