Cabin type of trip

I absolutely want to do a house type trip this year, and every year my partner and I either trip to the tropics or overseas… The two of us regularly option a warmer endpoint; I have to buy current swimsuits, flip flops and pack sunscreen.

I research pools, beaches and surfing as well.

This year I want to do something that is colder. I am looking at going to a cooler endpoint and sleeping in a cabin. I don’t want to rough it though. I want to be in the woods so I can hike, fish and kayak. I don’t want to sacrifice indoor plumbing though. I additionally want to have a quality gas furnace in our accommodations. I have looked at a bunch of cabins and I am honestly particular about the quality of the furnace system. I don’t want to just have a wood stove or a fireplace. I absolutely don’t want to deal with gathering, cutting and drying wood for heating. I want a quality boiler system, heated flooring or a furnace. It costs more money to have a higher end gas furnace; Most cheaper accommodations want you to get by with the fire option, however for me I would rather save and spend more on the furnace than anything else. Typically the better heating systems mean better cabins. That also means a superior location to hiking routes, the lake and a better view. I suppose it is worth paying al ittl emore to have fine heating at night. I absolutely don’t want to freeze on this trip. I want my partner to love being in a colder area.
