So much happened to us due to the pandemic.
But there was also plenty of wonderful that came from the challenges plus sacrifice.
In our home, it’s just us plus the dogs… Every one of us bought this house because both of us enjoyed the size. But more than that, the house just fit us on every level plus there was no way both of us were letting it slip away. But after updating Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component and the home office, both of us were stretched when it came to our finances. I work from house as a technology consultant. My wifey runs a small crafting business but also works area time making good money in a restaurant. But due to the pandemic, she was one of the first casualties… Her job was gone pretty much immediately. That was strenuous on our finances. While she was able to find some online gigs, both of us still needed a help. Every one of us knew both of us had to do more in order to make ends meet. And that is when both of us decided to turn area of our house into a really cool studio apartment. As I said, our house is pretty immense plus there was a crucial section that had once been some sort of work shop. It had plumbing plus electricity but little else. All both of us had to do was add a galley home office, some furniture plus decorate the site. Every one of us then had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business send out an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialist to install a ductless heat pump for good residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C. Then both of us found a good leaseholder who was a grad student plus it all worked out splendidly.
