The small house would need a ductless heat pump

Alex and his friend had been talking about starting a business.

Their focus was on trip rentals.

The two had traveled a lot while in their college years, and got to stay in many rentals. Such properties brought in extra income for the owners, who were working other jobs. We spoke to some owners and got insight into the business. Now that they were working good jobs, and had money saved up for a business, they thought about dipping their toes into the vacation rentals world. Alex learned of this small house for sale, on two acres of land. Since this site had already been working as a vacation rental, the friends jumped at the chance. But, before they could rent it out, they had to replace some things, which included installing a new heat pump. The previous owner had a wood stove in the house that guests could use in winter to remain warm. However, they were on their own in the summer, since the house didn’t have an air conditioner. Alex and his friend knew the heating and cooling was important to potential guests, so something had to be done. The wood stone would stay since it made the site quite pleasant in winter. However, adding a ductless heat pump would work wonders for the cabin. Guests wouldn’t need to wait ages for the house to heat up in winter, nor would they have to endure hot summer afternoons away from air conditioning. and, a ductless heat pump wasn’t super upscale. It was within their budget.
