Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of owning my own restaurant.
I had a ton of recipes in mind that I always wanted to try out, and add to this dream restaurant of mine.
As I grew older, I practiced creating all of these recipes, most of which were just as good as I imagined them to be. I began to take steps to create my dream, and eventually I bought my own building, and bam, my restaurant was brought to life. I had it painted and decorated like I saw in my imaginary vision, and watching it come to life was magical to say the least. I was able to open my restaurant a month and a half later, and watch people come filling through the doors. We were starting out slow, but that was to be expected. However, when the numbers stayed low, I grew concerned. I began to see my customers leaving early, and that sent me into a panic, because my restaurant was going down fast. However, it was what one customer said before leaving that caught my attention. He yelled “It feels like a furnace in here, let’s get out of here!” I knew my restaurant felt a little hot, but I didn’t think it was that bad. I never installed a HVAC machine in my restaurant, I guess I underestimated how important heating and cooling really was. I immediately called a local HVAC company and made an appointment for one of their HVAC repairman to install a new air conditioner and heating unit.
