Don’t take bets on that outdated heat pump

So my partner & I sure had a surprise almost 18 months ago.

That was when my buddy and I had the air conditioning tune up done early in the Springtime.

That’s a wise option around here given that temperatures in March can get to the upper 75’s during the morning at times. So we’ve constantly busy the Springtime Heating & Air Conditioning service early. But it wasn’t early enough as it turned out. The Heating & Air Conditioning company told us that she had real reservations about whether or not the heat pump would last through the Summer. That was a jolt! Of course, it shouldn’t have been since the heat pump was almost 25 years old, however with all that Heating & Air Conditioning service, the heat pump was just never a complication & my buddy and I simply didn’t suppose about replacing it. So my buddy and I came into last Summer with a lame heat pump because my buddy and I needed to save more cash to update it. My buddy and I had to sort of organize a family meeting because my buddy and I all had to do our part to help get the outdated heat pump through one more blazing Summer. That was going to be a tall order as my buddy and I generally default to more air conditioning than less. My buddy and I easily were cruising through June last year when my child bet me that it would last til October. That was too juicy a bet to resist & I took early October. Well, my child ended up winning the morning on that one as that outdated heat pump easily lasted until my buddy and I updated it in October. That was one bet that I was quite cheerful to pay off.
