This new guy was completely different from the previous guy.
I have had my heating and AC system service and tuned up too many times before in the past. However, there was one bad experience I had with a heating and AC worker that actually made me skeptical of dealing with any HVAC businesses again. There was this one guy that came out and he was just really rude and didn’t like it when I asked questions. This was very frustrating to me because how was I supposed to learn anything about my heating and AC system if I wasn’t allowed to ask questions? Anyways, ever since that whole incident I hadn’t really wanted to deal with heating and AC businesses anymore, even though I knew that was stupid because I knew that my heating and air conditioning system really needed those services and tune-ups. However, in time, and within a little bit convincing, I changed my mind and realized that for the best of my heating and AC system I really need to just go and have my heating and cooling unit maintained once again. Which meant I would have to deal with one of the heating AC businesses. In the past this was never a big deal but now since I’m worried about having that rude HVAC tech come out again I have been putting it off. But then I came to the conclusion that I’m tired of putting it off and I want to put my heating in the AC system that I paid for first and so if he’s rude then I’ll just deal with it. Scheduled relationally a heating and AC appointment with the same HVAC company and a new cooling professional was sent out to service my AC and perform the tune-ups. This new guy was completely different from the previous guy. He was super nice and answered all my questions. He went into the details to explain everything. He even pulled out HVAC websites with common FAQs, and lots of information and then he told me that if I still don’t understand something I can always call him on his personal phone and he would take all the time and I needed to answer my questions. He was super friendly and I’m glad to have gotten him instead of the previous heating and AC worker.
