I had bought it a few days before the trip, & I forgot that it was in my car.
My sibling always makes fun of me because he says I purchase random items that are useless. For instance, when I bought the robot vacuum cleaner, he thought I was being ridiculous. She didn’t understand why I couldn’t just sweep my own household even after I explained that the vacuum can reach certain locations in my household that I don’t always clean. Personally, I cherish the robot vacuum cleaner & it’s one of the best gadgets in my home. Aside from the robot vacuum cleaner, he thought that my portable air conditioner was a useless purchase, that was until it became our saving grace & gave a comfortable night of rest. Last month, my buddy and I had a boys’ trip weekend with a few of our childhood friends. And my buddy and I rented a apartment in the woods that overlooked a serene lake. The apartment had weather conditions control, however when my buddy and I got there, my buddy and I noticed that it was a bit overheated inside. After being inside the apartment for a few hours, my buddy and I realized that the temperature control was at 75 degrees & hadn’t cooled down the cabin. As fortune would have it, I had my portable air conditioner in the trunk of my car. I had bought it a few days before the trip, & I forgot that it was in my car. I noticed it when I was packing for the trip & for some reason, I decided just to leave it there. Perhaps my guardian angels were protecting me because my buddy and I were able to use the portable air conditioner when my buddy and I realized the a/c in the apartment wasn’t working properly. All in all, the portable air conditioner became our saving grace, & I even got my sibling to disclose that it was a fantastic purchase.
