It sounds crazy, but the city burned a bunch of wood on the beach last night and this morning I found tons of outdated rusty nails in the sand.
They did the same thing last year and I thought they would have learned not to do it again. In America you would win $10 million bucks if you stepped on a nail that the city basically spread out on the beach. I don’t understand their mentality, but they keep doing it each year, adding more and more rusty nails to our little sacred spot in the sand. Anyway, fireplaces should be in the household and not on the beach with wood containing nails. I could have told you this when I was six years old, however I feel the city council here does not think that way… A lot of local companies complained about the nails, and even the local company had a crew cleaning it all up, but the neighborhood hall still doesn’t care. Oh well, I feel it will take a little child really getting hurt by a nail till they wake up and stink the coffee. I am going to go to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier this week and grab a HEPA filter and a boiler filter, as they are on sale this week and I need them anyways, but i think they are like 30% off this week so I may grab a few of them so I have some backups down the road. My Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert neighbor and I will do a HVAC duct cleaning job tomorrow and that is it for the week with work.
