I’ve never had any complications with our indoor air pollen levels until recently, and recently I noticed that every time I went to turn on our AC plan it made a horrible sound and acted love something was blocking it! I knew I’d have to get to the bottom of what was causing it not to work because I wanted to have unbelievable indoor air, then not having an air conditioner plan that was laboring in our beach house made myself and others assume love a caveman.

I believe people in the past used to live without hitting they see, and in fact for the majority of human history people didn’t have heating and AC systems, however now that the people I was with and I have what the people I was with and I have or spoiled and I couldn’t imagine not having heating and AC in our home.

I assume that just goes to show how reliant we’ve become on Heating and cooling technology, but anyways I went outside to look at our Heating and A/C unit to see if I could see anything that might have been causing an issue. I was surprised by what I saw, however there were a bunch of branches and debris cottaged inside our air conditioner. It was just completely plugged packed with all these different pieces of debris, branches, different kinds of leaves, you name it, and it was in there. I knew that this was a drastic concern and that our Heating and A/C plan was never going to work unless this was removed and cleared. So I busy an appointment with our local heating and AC provider and they sent a cooling professional out to service the issue, however he must have spent a unbelievable couple of hours out there laboring at removing that clog. It was massive, then but once it was removed, and our Heating and A/C plan cleaned up, I was able to return to using it normally.

Normally when it’s the Summer weeks, plus it’s entirely warm out I do what most people would do when they start feeling the heat.

I turn on my air conditioning plan of course.

However, due to some unfortunate circumstances I was not able to use my A/C plan this time around. The problem all started last year; Last year the people I was with and I had major heat waves that came through while in the Summer plus it completely caused my air conditioning plan to split down, but once my air conditioning plan broke down I never bothered to repair it. I have just been using a fan to keep cool the entire time. This is not what I wanted plus not what I would have favorite. But the reason that I decided to not have my air conditioning plan repaired, wasn’t entirely much of a decision at all however more of something I couldn’t do, however you see, I did not have the money to afford the service of my A/C plan plus so I just gave up plus started using a fan. Then I upgraded to using a window A/C plan which was a little bit better however still was nothing compared to my central A/C unit. I haven’t used my air conditioning plan since last summer, plus now we’re in the Summer weeks again plus I’m finding it hard to keep cool. I have gone an entire year separate from having my central A/C working. I then discovered something that might have helped myself and others though. HVAC service plans, if you sign up for one plus spend money a biweekly fee you’ll be able to have access to Heating plus cooling repairs that you might not be able to do otherwise. I haven’t tried it yet although I guess I’m going to check it out.

John, my husband, is the type of guy I wish would do more.

I mean when he sets his mind on something he will put 100% effort into it.

The thing about this man is that rarely happens. The “I’ll fix that tomorrow”, or “don’t worry I got this” are words he’ll say but at the end of the day nothing happens, and that tomorrow or I got this are just lost words. I know he works a lot but on the weekends he doesn’t really do anything. He wants to relax, have a beer and play on his computer. The one great thing he has done recently is building a shelter for the kids and installing a portable space heater in it. It was very thoughtful and I can see that our children love that he came through for them. He looked on the Facebook marketplace for a portable heater for sale and luckily found a cheap one. Now I wish he would do some things that need to be repaired around the house. He did that for them but the house is also for them and me. The toilet is broken, the tiles are peeling a bit and our one son has anger issues and kicked a hole in one wall. There are other things as well but that is off the top of my head. He could clean the air filters because who knows if our heater will break due to no maintenance. Our friend who is an HVAC technician told us things we can do because he saw our air filters then and no one took care of them. He cleaned them at that time but I need my husband to do more.

I have been doing this whole bus stop routine for a couple of years now, I’m young and I’m only in fifth grade so I have a ways to go.

My sister is in third grade so she even has longer.

Then we have our youngest brother who hasn’t even started school yet, he’s a toddler so he still has to live through these terrible bus stop waits. I had conversations with my dad a few months back about how I hate waiting for the bus at the end of the driveway, our house is far back so I can’t even wait in the house for it. Trees block the road and by the time the bus arrives, it will be gone before the bus driver sees me. My dad told me he can relate as he had to deal with the bus stops when he was younger. He said he will make life a little easier for us, he didn’t want us to endure the cold winters any longer. So one day he decided to build a little shelter for us. It was alright, didn’t really keep out the cold though. The only thing I felt it was good for is to keep the cold wind gusts from making us chillier. Dad then went online to find a space heater for sale and he bought a portable space heater for us. The shed we stay in waiting for the bus now is much more comfortable. It does take a little space up though, I wish he would call an HVAC company to send out a heater specialist to install electric heating in here. I think I’m being too picky but I’m glad my dad is helping us keep warm.

My wife and I have always had to be super careful with the household budget.

But that’s just the way it was for us.

We had decent jobs and four kids so our priority was the family first. That meant having a nice home with great quality heating and air among other nice things. But to do that, we had to personally sacrifice some things we wanted. My wife shopped for her clothes through sales and outlet stores. I played golf with the same clubs for a couple of decades and then only occasionally. But we succeeded in getting out kids into good schools and on to lives of their own. So when it was time to replace the HVAC equipment, we decided to splurge a bit and get the latest in residential HVAC. We also had our eye on perhaps selling the house so having the best HVAC equipment certainly adds value to our home. But we also really wanted to enjoy the sort of heating and cooling that we’ve always wanted. So we went deep when it came to the HVAC technology. We have zone controlled HVAC along with a smart thermostat inside our home these days. I love the convenience and ease of this HVAC technology advancement. But one thing was really surprising in such a bonus sort of way. The HVAC technology also extends to the fact that the HVAC equipment is so much more efficient. We are saving nearly 35 percent on operating costs compared to our old heat pump. And I can’t tell you what a lovely surprise that was!

Some times the easiest solutions are the most logical.

That’s not always the case. And I spend lots of hours inside the commercial HVAC of my office dealing with answering complicated problems. So when there is an easy answer in my life, I’m awfully grateful for that. Last summer was the very last time we are forking over the money that we did for cooling. The air conditioning runs nearly night and day in our home during the summer. For sure, I’ll take a lot of air conditioning during the summer over a winter filled with heating from a gas furnace. Still, I am bringing those cooling costs down this summer. I thought it was only fair to start hipping up my family to this fact as we move into February. February is actually the very beginning of spring around here. The pollen will start and the temperatures will rise a bit. And by late March, there are days where it’s actually sort of hot. But I think we’re going to go with the most logical solution when it comes to air conditioning costs by just lightening the load on the heat pump. We’re going to start that this spring by not reaching for the thermostat and air conditioning right away. As an incentive, I told my family that whatever we saved over the summer we’d spend on our annual beach vacation. They seem to all be into holding off on air conditioning in order to reduce the demand for cooling during the really hot months. It seems like a very easy and logical answer and so I’m going all in with it.

Due to certain health conditions I am consistently contemplating how to make the best out of my a/c to protect my health as well as that of my family.

There’s only 1 issue with that, plus the issue is I want the portable cooling device around myself and others all of the time as well. I purchased this A/C component a month ago, plus that is when all of the fighting began. Now you might be thinking, why not go back to the A/C store plus get another 1? Well, I had thought of that, but when I went to go plus buy 1, they were out! Go figure. I looked online, plus they were out of stock online too… So now it looks love both of us are stuck in this predicament. It is reaching the point where I am about ready to return our up-to-date portable device, because if both of us can’t make up our minds on who gets to have it, then neither of us should have it. At least our wife agrees with that. All of us have already tried sharing the portable a/c, plus that hasn’t gone genuinely well either, however one way or another, 1 of us is regularly left unhappy. I had no plan a Heating plus A/C device could cause this many concerns, it’s crazy! If I can’t get our hands on another portable cooling plan soon, then I am going to return this 1.
