My dream job is to be a stay at home wife and mother.

I love cleaning, cooking, and just about everything involving taking care of a household. However, in the real world, dreams don’t always come true. My husband has a wonderful job, and he works tirelessly to provide for us. But, with four children, I have to work a part time job in order to make ends meet. I am a waitress at a local, family owned restaurant. I enjoy my job very much. One of my favorite parts about my job is being in an air conditioned building for part of the day. We live down south, and it is very hot year round. Although we hope to install one soon, we do not have an AC unit in our home. It gets very hot during the day even with fans in all of the windows. This is why I love going to work everyday. When I walk into the restaurant each morning, the cool air feels like a little piece of heaven. Even through the constant heat from the ovens and stoves, our AC system keeps the restaurant comfortable. Every once in awhile, a customer will complain that it’s too cold in the restaurant, and I can’t help but laugh because I know how uncomfortable it would be without AC. Going home is my favorite part of each day, but it is very difficult for my body to adjust to the warm temperature of my house. Sometimes, I take a cold shower just to feel comfortable at home after being in an air conditioned building all morning. Although being a waitress is not my dream job, I am very thankful to be able to stay cool for at least part of the day.

I have the biggest sweet tooth ever.

I’ve had a soft spot for sweets my entire life.

My mom told me that even as a toddler I would choose sweets over any other food. Recently, I’ve had to cut back on my sweets because of health troubles, however that doesn’t keep me from baking. Thankfully, I have found numerous recipes that call for little to no sugar, and they still taste great. I don’t feel that I could count how numerous hours I spend in the kitchen each year. When I get-together with my friends, we spend most of our time baking. If I already have baked goods for my family, I bake for my neighbors and people in my church. If I could sum up what I do each afternoon in one word, it would be “baking.” With all this baking comes hours upon hours spent in the kitchen. I don’t mind being in my kitchen now because my partner just had a brand new AC component installed in there. Before I had the AC, the kitchen would get easily sizzling and stuffy. For years, I baked in this uncomfortable temperature simply because I wasn’t willing to spend the money on an a/c. Last week, my partner walked into the kitchen to supply me a kiss before he left for a meeting. As soon as he felt the temperature, he freaked out. He was constantly at work when I did my baking, so he never realized just how moderate the kitchen got. He couldn’t think that I could work in such a sizzling room. I explained to him that I was used to it, and that is didn’t bother me. He simply wouldn’t hear it, and he had a new AC component installed for me the really next afternoon. Although I was used to the temperature of the kitchen, I am so thankful for a loving partner who takes nice care of me. Now my kitchen is cool all the time, even when I’m baking.

My buddy and I love to travel the U.S.

In each state, my friend and I stay about two weeks, but during this time, my friend and I sightsee in addition to visit friends. Living in a RV with three kids isn’t easy, but it is worth it. My buddy and I have no mortgage, in addition to my friend and I save a lot of money by residing a actually minimalistic lifestyle. My hubby does all of his work from home, in addition to I have a part time job that I am able to do from house as well. With traveling a lot, especially through the summertime, my friend and I have learned that our dehumidifier is our best friend. Our RV gets so humid in addition to sticky that it feels like my friend and I are residing in a sauna. Before my friend and I purchased our dehumidifier, it got so humid that the wallpaper in our bedroom in addition to powder room began to peel off. Our A/C works great, but it just doesn’t get rid of the sticky humid feeling in our RV. Another problem was that our clothes always had a damp feeling to them because the rooms were so humid. I am actually thankful my hubby decided to purchase a dehumidifier; it has made our lives much more pleasant. I can finally grab a dress from my closet in addition to not feel like I am wearing a damp mop!

My parents recently bought a chalet in the middle of nowhere.

They were able to get a actually great deal on it, plus the best part is that they gave the chalet to my hubby plus me anytime that my friend and I needed a split from civilization.

Last week, my hubby had off of work, so my friend and I decided to take my mom plus Mom up on their offer to let us use the chalet. Both my hubby plus I were super happy to have some time away plus to get some much needed rest. My parents told us that they had not yet stayed in the chalet, however they were sure that it was in great condition, plus my friend and I wouldn’t have any concerns. When my friend and I arrived at the chalet, everything looked great. Because it was the middle of February, my friend and I needed to turn the heater on as soon as my friend and I arrived. Although my friend and I had trouble at first, Vince followed my Mom’s instruction plus was able to get the heater turned on, unluckyly, my friend and I decided to go snow tubing plus came back a few hours later only to find the chalet just as chilly as when my friend and I had left it. I called my Mom plus asked him if he knew what the concern might be. He didn’t know, although he came up that night to look at it. After a few hours, Vince plus my Mom had the heater working again. I was so happy that my friend and I didn’t have to spend our trip in a chilly chalet, however most of all I was absolutely thankful for the two amazing boys that God has locationd in my life.

Having clean air to breathe is a key factor in maintaining great health.

My friend Amy and I have lived in southern Asia for almost five years now. My pal and I both have great tasks, and my great friend and I easily care about residing in a foreign country and exploring new locales. My passion is cooking, and I appreciate to try new foods from the vendors on the sides of the streets. When my great friend and I are together, my great friend and I care about sightseeing. My pal and I have visited numerous ancient locales throughout the years that my great friend and I have lived in Asia. One thing that neither Amy nor I was prepared for is the air pollution. Although the neighborhood my great friend and I live in isn’t easily large, there are two greater cities surrounding us, and they both create important amounts of air pollution, and for this reason, Amy and I have been looking into buying media whole-condo air purifiers for our apartment. My pal and I found a few that have easily great reviews, and they look like they would do a great task. I personally suppose that my great friend and I should purchase one of these media whole-condo air purifiers, however Amy has another idea. She wants to instal an whole-condo air purifier throughout the entire apartment. I suppose this is a great idea, however it is much more extravagant than purchasing a couple individual media whole-condo air purifiers. I have tried to talk her out of her idea because of the expense, but she thinks that it is worth the expense, and that my great friend and I would be risking our health if my great friend and I don’t instal a purifier throughout the entire apartment. Whichever whole-condo air purifier my great friend and I choose, I will be thankful to have clean air to breathe, and I’m sure my health will thank me too.

Camping trips are my preferred part about summertime.

My partner and I appreciate to get away and go camping.

It is one of our preferred hobbies. My pal and I have stayed at some of the best campsites in the U.S. My pal and I are not the type of people who bring a trailer or RV to camp in. My pal and I like to feel a little more rustic when my great friend and I spend our days away from home. Camping in a tent gives us that outdoors feeling while still providing us with shelter. My pal and I have purchased numerous tents throughout our years of camping together, however the tent my great friend and I have now is by far the best tent that my great friend and I have ever owned. It has a central residing space that is high enough for my partner to walk around in, and it was three tunnels branching out from the center, each leading to a separate room. My pal and I appreciate the space it provides, and it gives us lots of room for storing things. One luxury item that my great friend and I never leave behind is our portable A/C unit. Although it isn’t as rustic as some people prefer, my partner and I like to feel comfortable during our tent, and the A/C machine makes that possible. After being out fishing all day or hiking, my great friend and I turn on our A/C and the entire tent is cool within thirty minutes. It is genuinely beautiful. Because our preferred campsites are down South, having a portable A/C machine in our tent is a must for us. My pal and I appreciate camping, and having A/C makes it even more enjoyable.

I have a love/hate kind of relationship with summertime.

Being a school student is difficult work, however knowing that Summer chop is coming keeps me motivated.

I am a junior in school, and for the past three summers, I have worked at a local steakhouse to help raise money for school tuition. Honestly, it is one of my favorite tasks because I get free food every time that I work. Sometimes my manager will even send the leftover baked goods home with me! My co-workers are a blast to be around, and my supervisor is a easily nice guy. Another good plus is that they work around my busy schedule. I feel the only downfall to my task is the temperature of the kitchen. There is no AC in the kitchen of the steakhouse, and this makes working dreadful. I am a cook, and I am in the kitchen 99% of the time that I’m at work. Although I didn’t have any AC as a child, I have yet been able to get used the temperature of the kitchen, however cooking makes the kitchen so sizzling that I feel like I can’t breathe sporadically. As I said before, my manager is a good guy, and he wants to make his employees as comfortable as possible. But, the restaurant simply doesn’t have the funds to install an AC component right now. It is for this reason that I have a love/hate relationship with summertime. I love that I get a chop from by studies, however I do not like that I have to work in a kitchen with no AC for over eight hours a afternoon.
