Finally installing central a/c

The condo is locked up tight and more secure.

I finally gave in and had central a/c installed in my home! I put it off for years, because I didn’t want to spend the money. I also didn’t want to deal with the time and effort of the project; However, when it was time to replace the gas furnace, the Heating and Air Conditioning company talked me into it! We’d always managed by opening windows, running box fans and using window air conditioners in the home offices, but on especially hot and humid summer time afternoons and days, the condo would get terribly boiling and sticky. It was taxing to get comfortable, relax or sleep. When the Heating and Air Conditioning company offered a deal and told me about a manufacturer’s rebate, I agreed to add a centralized air conditioner at the same time as installing the gas furnace, and from what I’ve read, it’s best to install both components together. Because they share parts, it’s necessary for the heating and cooling units to achieve maximum efficiency. My whole family prefers the central air conditioner. It’s super convenient to simply adjust the thermostat and prefer ideal comfort. The plan works to circulate and filter the air, keeping the condo cleaner, healthier and aromaing fresher, now that the two of us keep the windows closed, the two of us avoid the issues of exterior noise, exhaust fumes, pollen, dust and bugs. The condo is locked up tight and more secure. The air conditioner is a top quality model and achieves a 26 SEER rating, making it really energy efficient. The plan runs quietly and is helpful at handling excess humidity. I now don’t suppose how the two of us ever got along separate from it.
