The computer inside the smart control unit went faulty for some reason plus it would not react with our app
With smart control units they are a great thing. They actually make running your central heating plus a/c much easier plus not to mention, they save you a lot of money on your daily heating plus cooling bills! However, when you have a problem with the computer inside of it that controls the app, this can make the smart control unit a real headache. And this is exactly what happened to me recently. The computer inside the smart control unit went faulty for some reason plus it would not react with our app. I had to call our local heating, ventilation, plus A/C company to send out a certified heating plus cooling specialist to see what was wrong with our smart control unit plus why it would not react with the app plus our central heating, ventilation, plus A/C unit! When the heat plus a/c specialist arrived she found that there were multiple concerns with the little computer inside the smart control unit plus that the only way to maintenance this problem would be to provide me a brand new smart control unit. It was great that our smart control unit was still under the 2 year warranty that I had purchased when I purchased it originally or I would have been up the creek plus would have had to buy a brand new smart control unit to make it all work again… But thanks to the warranty, I didn’t have to do anything other than schedule the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C appointment with the local heating, ventilation, plus A/C company to install the brand new smart control unit.
