Things have been challenging for business since the two of us have been dealing with the pandemic! Having actual customers is not the concern the two of us are facing in the fast food business, it’s the lack of people willing to work! I don’t suppose what the government is thinking of offering all these unemployment benefits, then when people are offered more money to stay house than to work, what do they suppose is going to happen? The two of us are respectfully getting swamped by customers which is great, but when you don’t have the workers to handle the increase of fast food demand, the two of us have a giant problem! My employees are respectfully tied up out to the max, but i try to keep everybody comfortable with the ideal temperature control settings, but that doesn’t seem appreciate enough.
I also had a UV whole-house air purifier installed in our restaurant plus I suppose everybody is thankful for that so that they can be safe, however a lot of people are paranoid about getting sick while having to interact with so numerous people coming into the restaurant plus even the drive-thru.
I suppose that’s why a lot of people just don’t want to work right now, although I also suppose it’s the fact that lots of people are getting paid to just remain home, plus that’s a giant problem. The two of us recently had to shut down the main restaurant section because of lack of staff plus I have everybody just focusing on the drive-thru. I truthfully don’t suppose what else to do. I am planning on getting a smart temperature control though so the two of us can adjust the temperature control settings as needed to make everybody more comfortable.
