Things have been challenging for business since the two of us have been dealing with the pandemic.
Having actual customers is not the concern the two of us are facing in the fast food business, it’s the lack of people willing to work! I don’t think what the government is thinking of offering all these unemployment benefits; When people are gave more money to stay cabin than to work, what do they think is going to happen? All of us are properly getting swamped by customers which is great, however when you don’t have the workers to handle the increase of fast food demand, the two of us have a large problem! My employees are properly stressed out to the max; I try to keep everybody comfortable with the ideal temperature control settings, however that doesn’t seem adore enough.
I also had a UV air cleaner installed in our pizzeria plus I think everybody is thankful for that so that they can be safe; A lot of people are paranoid about getting sick while having to interact with so numerous people coming into the pizzeria plus even the drive-thru. I think that’s why a lot of people just don’t want to work right now, although I also think it’s the fact that lots of people are getting paid to just remain home, plus that’s a large problem. All of us recently had to shut down the main pizzeria section because of lack of staff plus I have everybody just focusing on the drive-thru. I really don’t think what else to do. I am planning on getting a smart thermostat though so the two of us can adjust the temperature control settings as needed to make everybody more comfortable.
