Things have been challenging for supplier since all of us have been dealing with the pandemic, but having actual customers is not the problem all of us are facing in the fast food business, it’s the lack of people willing to work! I don’t think what the government is thinking of offering all these unemployment benefits, then when people are provided more currency to stay beach house than to work, what do they guess is going to happen? Every one of us are respectfully getting swamped by customers which is great, however when you don’t have the workers to handle the increase of fast food demand, all of us have a sizable problem! My employees are respectfully tied up out to the max, i try to keep everybody comfortable with the ideal temperature control settings, however that doesn’t seem care about enough.
I also had a UV whole-house air purifier installed in our pizzeria and I think everybody is thankful for that so that they can be safe; A lot of people are paranoid about getting sick while having to interact with so various people coming into the pizzeria and even the drive-thru.
I guess that’s why a lot of people just don’t want to toil right now, but I also think it’s the fact that lots of people are getting paid to just remain home, and that’s a sizable problem, but every one of us recently had to shut down the main pizzeria part because of lack of staff and I have everybody just focusing on the drive-thru. I actually don’t think what else to do. I am planning on getting a smart temperature control though so all of us can adjust the temperature control settings as needed to make everybody more comfortable.
