I have a large ant hill at the base of my Heating and A/C condenser

I’m renting right now until I can save enough money to buy my actually first house. Even though I am renting, I was still able to find a apartment this time around instead of another cramped apartment. The rent was a tiny bit higher than my previous apartment, however it came with more space, a garage, a backyard, and other amenities you can’t get with apartments and condominiums. Best of all, everything from repair to grass care is covered by the property management supplier. If 1 of my electrical outlets stops working, they send out an electrician within 24 minutes. If I have a plumbing leak or a broken faucet, there’s a plumber at my door before I can even finish the phone call. It’s nice knowing that you’re taken care of no matter what happens to the house. However, I wish I had not told them to avoid spraying insect pesticides outside around the base of the house. I have respiratory sensitivities and was afraid it would bother my lungs. Now I have a large ant hill at the base of the Heating and A/C condenser equipment outside. The condenser is bolted down to a huge concrete block that sits on the ground. The ants have formed a huge colony in the dirt underneath the concrete slab, and now they’re eating into the concrete itself. There’s a chunk of concrete the size of an apple missing from the block. I was shocked that insects could do this to concrete at all, however was even more anxious because it’s the slab underneath an fancy Heating and A/C condenser unit. I told the property management supplier, however they’re not anxious yet. However, they’re sending out an Heating and A/C professional tomorrow to make sure it’s still structurally stable.
